Secondary sharing
Current European data spaces risk becoming silos if regulatory compliance elements and trust mechanisms are not interoperable across sectors. Interoperability between these areas is hampered by fragmented compliance processes, inconsistent documentation and a lack of machine-readable cross-sector compliance evidence. RegulAIze will address this shortcoming by using ‘Compliance Cards’, digital passports that certify the primary use of a dataset or AI model, as well as its conditions for secondary use. These cards will specify the applicable obligations and cryptographically anchor them in the blockchain’s proof ledger. This will transform regulatory compliance from a static report into a living licence for reuse, ensuring that assets can circulate with confidence across different data spaces.

Objectives
Demonstrate cross-sector interoperability by using Compliance Cards to certify assets in mobility (NOTAMs), tourism (booking & sustainability datasets), and legal/IPR (contracts and statutes).
Showcase how ETDS assets (catalogs, connectors) and mobility data spaces (SESAR/EAD) can be linked through RegulAIze’s semantic and interoperability layer.
Integrate the Legal Assistant to validate obligations across domains, ensuring GDPR, AI Act, and Data Act conformity for assets reused between mobility and tourism.
